This is a great place to live

I moved in and leased and almost immediately. They had an amazing special. The gym is amazing. Ammenties are top notch. The only issue I have is out of the buildings control. There are alot of sirens and if you have an outer unit you may hear them.

My apartment has great amenities, the building is in a fantastic location within walking distance of stores, downtown, deep ellum and uptown. Which are all high vibes area. I have been here 1.5 years and enjoy it overall.

It’s cute but expensive

I love my apartment, maintenance is averagely reponsive, parkinng could be better . Best part is living downtown and the noise on my side is very minimal apart from the occasional ambulance.
