I love everything about the location. However, sometimes the cars soeeding can get annoying and night when they’re speeding. They office is very professional and quick with response.

Copper Bishop Arts has been a great place to call home overall. The location is hard to beat, you are right in the middle of one of the most vibrant and walkable areas, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment just steps away. The amenities really stand out here. The gym is well equipped and convenient, making it easy to stay consistent with workouts. The free coffee bar is a nice daily perk, and the resident events are thoughtfully organized, creating a genuine sense of community among neighbors. That said, there are a couple of downsides to be aware of. Because of the lively neighborhood, weekends can get pretty noisy, especially at night. It is something to consider if you are sensitive to sound. Additionally, visitor parking can be challenging. Since guests cannot be added to the parking pass system, finding a spot nearby is not always easy, which can be frustrating when hosting. Overall, Copper Bishop Arts offers a fun, community oriented living experience with excellent amenities, as long as you are prepared for the occasional noise and visitor parking limitations.

Love it here, but there really is no guest parking or guest parking passes. In addition to the towing company has towed cars that live here. And it’s up to the resident to register with the towing company, which is very bizarre and I’ve never had to do before.
