I am very excited to have moved in to a beautiful apartment, being close to deep ellum and downtown is great. I visited the pool, which is nice and could be remodeled, the rooftop deck is great, could also be cleaned periodically, the fixtures could be updated, and offering the option for laundry in unit, and access to a ladder to clean the higher fixtures would add to exceptional hospitality and great resident experience. Additionally, placing cameras in public areas for protection of resident property. Thank you for building, housing and managing a nice apartment living experience! I hope you have a lovely 2024!

The manager and staff of the apartment complex went far above and beyond any normal expectations or service to send me resources, help, and all kinds of support as I struggled to make it through various issues due to lockdown. They really showed themselves to be in my corner; even helped me to navigate some applications for help from some local non-profits (which eventually saved the day). Indebted to them. It's an excellent place (the building), and the staff are sincere advocates for those in the community.
