Be prepared to have to fix things yourself. Maintance will close tickets without fixing the issue. Sometimes with out even visiting the apartment. You will get no empathy or sympathy from office/management or response from corporate offices.

The maintance staff will take forever to reapond to a ticket and then close it without resolving the issue. Often taking so long or so manh request that you have to fix it yourself. The office staff is nee so haven’t had a chance to see them in action. However, multible times they have been closed or closed early without notification.
