Efficiency

Recently I had an issue with my a/c unit. I submitted a service request and the following day Miguel the maintenance guy came. He was very professional, courteous, and fast. I'm very pleased with the results upon his completed work. It's extremely comforting knowing that there's a competent person doing the maintenance for this property. He definitely needs a raise or bonus for his job performance.

Staff is so amazing!

I can’t say enough about all the warmth Lanice king (staff member) shared with me and my daughter when helping her apartment search. Nervous and new to the area Ms. king made us feel like we were home!! She took the time to not only show us the units but also get to know us and where we could go to shake the home sick blues!! She is amazing, needless to say my daughter is moving in and so excited and I feel a sense of peace knowing she has such a friendly staff to help her on her journey! Thanks again

The greatness of Chatham Court

It's so good and refreshing to live at property were the tenants are valued. Let me begin with the office staff. Tamia, Keilah, Christina, Stephanie, and LaNiece are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff are super efficient and fast. The grounds are well kept and the parking is very spacious.
