I’ve lived here for 5 years now and I really like the location of tge complex because it’s surouned by shopping stores which makes it easy and convenient to shop.

Efficiency

Recently I had an issue with my a/c unit. I submitted a service request and the following day Miguel the maintenance guy came. He was very professional, courteous, and fast. I'm very pleased with the results upon his completed work. It's extremely comforting knowing that there's a competent person doing the maintenance for this property. He definitely needs a raise or bonus for his job performance.
