Canyon Creek Apts Living

I have been living here for about 3 years. My favorite thing is being able to park inside the gate and in front of my apartment. The Management maintenance and staff ( I think that covers all) always and still so helpful. I feel the environment is comfortable enough to recommend others to live here. Have A Good Day ! Thanks.

Terrible Management

This apartment complex cares more about how things look than how they actually work. When I first moved in, things were okay, but since new management took over, it's been a mess. The people in the leasing office, especially April, are rude and unhelpful. They keep changing leasing agents all the time, which makes me wonder what's going on. They've been making changes to the apartments, but they're not fixing the real problems. For example, instead of repairing the balconies properly, they just patched them up with sealant. The parking lot looks like it's been repaved, but it's just painted black tar. It's all about appearances, not actual improvements. Their vehicle policy is strict too. They want pictures of your car and make you sign agreements about keeping it in good condition, even though the apartments themselves are old and falling apart. They're trying to get people to move in by offering rewards for referrals, but I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The air conditioning units are ancient and barely work, making it miserable in the summer. Overall, they care more about how things look than fixing the problems that really matter."

Dont look here

No aminites , extremely rude , staff , doesn’t care about your concerns at all try to buffer everything you say so you look bad , you call about anything, and they are rude and don’t care , No fitness center or in unit washer and dryer, on site and usually being used or not working, parking is a joke if you work passed 5 good luck , constant construction because it’s so old , so come pay what they say is matket price and get screwed!
