CONS: > The work on the house and the repairs are shotty, at best. The walls to my apt weren't properly sealed so when the cold front came, you could feel the outside draft from the knees below in the apt. > The fence for my entrance is broken and has been. It never has closed properly > the back parking is very loose rough gravel and has cause some tire damage since I've been here > All the outlets in the apt are oddly placed, or there are none where there should be > The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everyone talk > there is no switch for the garbage disposal in my unit > the washer doesn't usually use enough water to wash a load PROS: > the bishop area is close by everything is of walkable distance > the parks and rec areas near by are really nice > My unit has its own entrance > the laundry unit is of reasonable price > landlord responds quickly > there is some covered parking

Wayy too small for me, and too many things needs ro be fixed. Staffnjs sweet but i need something more suitable for me and my kids.
