I recently moved in but I must say, from the beginning (tour), Nelly was absolutely great. Kind, friendly and most of all patient with me and all my questions and concerns. Nelly was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the community. She acknowledged what I needed and should me the right apartment for me. I wrote a review on Google because everyone outside of the community should know how great she is. On move in day I had concerns mostly about timing and how to pay. Paxon stepped in addressed my concerns and put me at ease. What she said and did meant a lot. After moving in, I called maintenance for a few things. Both Mike and Travis came out the next day (which is quick and was appreciated). They were both friendly and helpful.
