Fair for the price yet noisy with rhe Factory and poorly insulated for noise, heat and cold. Exowct sime leaks from rhe windows

It has a young fun vibe, great amenities, the location is in the heart of fun USA, it it is also very eloquent and the other tenants are very tolerable, yet also maintain noise levels that work for everyone. Lovely place with enough security for a female living alone in the city, or a group of friends sharing a loft on a budget, even a middle aged divorcee looking for a taste of freedom, or a young married couples just starting out.
