whenever I moved in. I didn't like the fridge that was in my apartment. I talked to the leasing office and they got me another one in about one week. Every time I have a maintenance request. It usually gets resolved for within a week. I have had no issues here. It's really nice. I like it

Great place and price
At first I was very worried about what I had got myself into after reading the reviews once i had already signed my lease. It had bad reviews about roaches and crime and so much more, but I knew god placed me at 5636 Apartment homes for a reason. So I trusted in him and I've been here with my 18 month old daughter since Feb 2016 and not one complaint. No roaches in my apartment at all! had an issue with dishwasher, but it was a super easy fix and was fixed the day i submitted a request! haven't had a dishwasher problem since. Id highly recommend 5636 Apartment homes for anyone looking to live in a great area surrounded by everything. Galleria Mall, Walmart, Trader Joes, TJ Maxx, Target, and sooo many restaurant options. The only reason I didnt rate ameneties a 5 is because they do not have a gym and our fitness is a priority so not being able to walk into our complex gym for fasted cardio is a con. I hate having to drive to a gym to early in the am, but its not a big deal. other than that I'm 99% Satisfied. Thank you Perla and the rest of the staff for making it possible for us to be here!
