Apartments will be better after remolded

While the management is doing what they can to make the Casa Valencia Apartments look better, there still is the problem of homeless and others walking around and even sometimes breaking in to vacant apartments. Some of these homeless are a little unbalanced mentally. During the day is not as bad as early in the morning/late night hearing people screaming between the buildings walking around.

Not worth the price

All of the apartment are old and broken down no matter how many changes they do on the outside, the inside will always be the same with littel change.

It's OK

Very quiet, maintenance takes a little bit too long to get to your apartment to fix what needs to be fixed, but they do a good job fixing what doesn't work correctly. The gates need to be fixed and closed at night like they are supposed to. The ladies in the office are awesome.
