Milo Apartment

I've been here for several years now and have determined that the rent has been raised every year with no real added value to each, individual apartment. The pool was close for most of the year, last year, and yet we still had to pay for the amenities fee, which was quite upsetting.

I’ve never had to continually beg a complex to take my rent

Ive been trying to pay my rent and understand why i have random fees adding up to $800 out of nowhere on my account for 3 weeks now. I even handed over my renters insurance at day of move in and they sent me an eviction notice stating i dont have renters insurance and to vacate within 7 days. When bought to their attention, they said they werent sure why i received that notuce but yet theres still a charge in my acct for it. I have been locked out of my resident portal so i cant make any payments. I also work nights so i cant just go and get a money gram like they so eloquently stated for me to do, plus i was charged a one time fee for the renters portal and would like to be able to use it. Every time i call and email multiple times a day i get ignored or told the PM will get back to me when she comes back from lunch. Seems she takes about 5 lunch breaks a day seeing as how i get that same response every single day multiple times a day. I have yet to pay anything because no one is giving me any answers or when they try to they straight up admit they dont know whats going on with my account. I expect to have yet abother eviction notice for their incompetence and will be taking this matter to court unless i am let out of my lease in which you will not be receiveing one single red cent from me. This community and the leasing staff are a joke.

This place really feels like home. The staff is very friendly and takes care of everything I need. I love that you can easily access Walnut Creek.
