Good Location but fewer amentities

The apartment location has easy access to public transport and Cap Metro Pickup Trucks making it convenient to use them. There are many grocery stores within walking distance. It is one of the best communities for people who don't own a car as everything is inaccessible range. The gym in the community is not clean and it smells bad. The equipment is old and doesn't work properly.

New to the complex

It was great to be able to find a 3 bedroom apartment. It would have been awesome if it had been one of the renovated ones but perhaps when we renew. Our location both of the complex and our apartment makes this an easy commute to work and all the area has to offer.
