Optimization

They optimize every opportunity to remove your money from your pocket. There are 3 different 'trash' charges on my monthly bill, 2 of them for "admin fees", and for one month trash wasn't picked up yet we were still charged. They also charge you to pay your rent. There's no way whatsoever to be able to pay your rent without some type of surcharge, either to their payment system, or to some other payment system, you WILL pay extra simply to pay your rent.
