I have been here in three years. I really haven’t had too much of a problem except the occasional too much poop in the dog park/no dog bags and sometimes noise but in general I very much enjoyed my experience and I would grade this fairly high experience.

Its been alright, the value for the place is good but my water pressure on my faucet is still low and I got a nail in my tire from the parking lot.

The towing is insane literally towed my car and im a resident with a registered vehicle been here several years never had an issue and then my car vanished and I can’t get it back so thats a big negative not to mention several of my friends have been towed after registering or after parking here just to stop by for less then an hour and their car is gone. Not a great neighborhood lots of homeless camps surrounding the property, Inconsiderate neighbors loud kids outside all the time, most neighbors dont keep there units very well kept lots of trash/clutter on patios etc. The unit itself is nice, the amenities are decent. Maintenance has always come quicky and done a good job dont love that they just walk in a little notice or a call prior would ne nice. The office staff are really great I have never had a bad experince they are all really helpful especially Cleo give her a raise. Decent experience overall.
