Once liveable. Now, new neighbors smoke weed, smells coming from exhaust going to our master bathroom. Neighbor banging on the door after midnight and parking on my paid spot several times.

Quiet, well-maintained, family-friendly community

This is our first shared apartment after getting married! We love the resort style, beach-themed pool, which is impeccably maintained. The maintenance and office staff is considerate, polite and genuinely interested to help you. I do wish the gymnasium had more equipment. The community is family-friendly with kids playing around the property in the evenings - an important indicator of safety. The area is quiet with everything from groceries to restaurants a few mins away by car. There is no public transportation on the street, so having a vehicle/bike is a must. That being said, there is a 7-Eleven available 24/7 within a quarter mile for immediate needs. Overall, this community is new, clean and great value! Highly recommend!
