A nightmare

Ever since new neighbors moved in its been a nightmare with the noise. I live on the bottom floor and it sounds like people ate stomping and jumping in boots at all hours of the day/night. Has not been a good experience these past 6 months.

Would not be my first choice for a home.

The apts are not sound proof as they said they were and there is never enough parking for the tenants, let alone guests. Gate is always broken so why do we pay for security??

Be cautious with management

The location is convenient, and amenities are nicer than other apartment complexes in the area. My main negative comment would be about the leasing office staff overall. They often don't know what they're doing. Whenever you have questions, their answer some variation of the following phrase: "I will find out and get back to you", which of course never happens. I must follow up several times, either calling or stopping by in person until I get my answer. Also, they have added random charges to my rent bill without an explanation that would make sense, and they love to play "hot potato" when I question it, so I eventually end up giving up and pay so I don't get evicted. The maintenance staff members don't know what they're doing. I place maintenance request through the designated portal, they mark it as "completed", and never actually get the job done. My lease will be up soon, and even though I really want to stay and sign for one more year, all these issues are seriously making me reconsider.
