Some neighbors are nice and some are inconsiderate being loud and smoking weed stinking up the entire apartment. On top of that their dogs would sometime bark and run around in their apartment and you'll be able to hear that all night. Parking is horrendous, if you work late when you come home, there is a very good chance you will not find any parking spot near your apartment. You'd have to go park your vehicle at the front of the apartment complex and you'd have to walk all the way to the back of the complex.
