Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.

When we moved into the apartment last year, shed parking was rarely an issue. Lately, however, it has become increasingly difficult to find a spot. While the increase in residents could be a factor, I noticed that during the recent three-day housing inspection, shed parking was suddenly available throughout the day. This suggests that guests may be using the covered parking spaces, which should be reserved for residents. To help address this, I kindly request that a reminder be sent out to all residents stating that towing is enforced 24/7. A clear message will likely discourage guest vehicles from occupying shed parking and help ensure fair access for residents. Additionally, I’d like to raise a serious safety concern: vehicles entering through the exit gate. On two separate occasions, I encountered cars coming through the exit gate head-on, nearly resulting in a collision. This is extremely dangerous, especially during low-visibility hours. It’s also worth mentioning that the exit gate is currently not functioning, which may be contributing to this issue. I would greatly appreciate it if management could ensure: Strict enforcement of proper gate usage. Repair of the exit gate as soon as possible. A reminder to residents not to misuse the exit gate as an entry point. Thank you for taking these concerns into consideration and helping maintain a safe and respectful community for all residents.
