Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. There is a $400 one time, non-refundable fee per pet and a $150 pet deposit per pet. Aggressive breed restrictions apply. Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.

A blessing

I've been living here 9 years. I think that should say enough. They feed us for holidays and I'm not talking about that finger food they feed toddlers. The matetinence department is Immaculant. Kim is amazing and the OG along with Rosa. Not leaving until I get a house.

I'm comfortable

I've been here for 8 years and I obviously love it . I'm quite comfortable and it's close to everything. Highway 183,360 ,you name it. I love how they cater to is and feed us for holidays an just because. They're awesome in my book. You can't beat them when it comes to the matinece department. Anywhere you reside as far as apartments are concerned, that matinece is #1 for me, and let me tell ya, they are wonderful.
