Read some helpful reviews of Public Storage at 2696 Burney Road, shared by real renters with genuine experiences and honest opinions.

Daniel was amazing. Helped me rent a 10x30 unit and was nothing but informative. He has the best customer service I’ve ever encountered , from a storage facility that’s crazy. I’m glad that I chose this facility versus others. Property is clean, and as long as daniel is nearby, he will make sure you’re taken care of. ... Read more

This Public Storage is great as far as cleanliness etc. However, I don't care for Krystal calling me and harassing me as to why I don't have autopay on. I pay it on time, my own way and that is all that matters. So what if I paid my rent 10 days early. That should be applauded and not get a call telling me that I have to have autopay on. On the first of a month, the funds might not be there and then what, extra fees??? NO THANKS. I've got all of this under control. ... Read more

Idk if I made a review when I moved in or not but this is the most inconvenient location I’ve ever visited. What’s the point of having cart to assist guest if they can’t access said carts until 9:30 when the office opens. Then when I moved in only one side door worked for me so it made the move in process a complete mess. If ppl keep stealing the carts allow them to be rented for convenience and not just a free for all. ... Read more

Miss Crystal was AMAZING!!! She was very pleasant and kind. She made sure I understood what I needed for what I was working with, and took care in explaining everything from the contract, to the hours of operation, and how to use the gate code and why it is necessary to be off property on time! Lol. ... Read more

Crystal at this location was an amazing help and extremely easy to work with. She educated me on everything from hours, gate access, unit access and location and made the move in process super easy and fast. She also pointed out that by reserving the unit online first it would save me money on the move in cost as well as per month cost. Place is spotlessly clean and feel much more at ease having my possessions stored here opposed to an outdoor type unit. Elevators make being on the third floor no problem at all. Thank you so much Crystal and look forward to seeing and speaking with you again on my next visit. Highly recommend this place and all credit due to Crystal. ... Read more

The building has two elevators, both of which have been out of service for several weeks. I paid the additional storage fee for a unit near the elevators and was not told when booking that the elevators were not functioning. The phone number listed on the website is not in service. The employees working in the office, who were very kind and understanding, did not have any resources or information to give us besides the corporate phone number. Incredibly frustrating to be unable to get a hold of management and that they are not in better communication with their staff regarding timelines and solutions. ... Read more

The storage seems okay from the looks; however, it’s not all good. They will tell you you can use your own lock, and when you get there it’s a different story. They only have one worker. If they’re not at the desk, you will have to wait a hr to close out your unit or probably longer. It’s such an inconvenience of your time. The elevator broke for over a week. Thankfully, we moved all of our stuff out. They don’t carts, hardly. Bring you a dolly or your own buggy is choose to still rent. They go up on your fees, so be prepared to pay extra if you need to book for multiple months. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Public Storage - 2696 Burney Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Elevators, First Floor Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 2696 Burney Road start from $28 and can go up to $223 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
