The owner is nice and the property manager is nice. They resolve issues with the property promptly for the most part. The contractors/ people they employ can be rude and sketchy at times but thankfully I don't have to deal with those people often. There are a lot of crackheads in the area but they don't mess with anything here! The neighbors directly across and beside the house are great! Very helpful and friendly. The area is usually very calm and quiet, despite the crackheads roaming their natural habitat. The home itself is spacious and comfortable. The yard is a great size and has adequate shade during the summer. The cabinet space is limited but there is plenty of space to add your own shelves. I used cheap ones from Amazon that fit perfectly in the corners. Spacious laundry room is a plus! Small closets but they work for us. The pet fee is absurd to me but it's become a normal thing for properties to charge upwards of $350 so it's nothing against this real estate agency directly. Overall, a very comfortable place to be. I plan to be here for a few years.

Overall, this is a great place. There were some maintenance issues in the beginning that were a bit annoying but once they finally got everything fixed (a couple of months in), everything has been great since. Wonderful location! The neighbors are very friendly and very quiet.
