A good place to live. Great price for the size. Friendly staff. Pool seems to be closed a lot during the summer and i swear the water is shut off to the conplex at least twice a month. Windows could use updating, the let a lot of heat in.

6-10 nice staff. Aie conditioninf ia alwaya breaking down . Takes a long time for ac repairs to made.

Maintenance is not a priority with this complex. Moved in 4 months ago and have a list of problems to be fixed. Had to contact them again a couple of months later because of now response. They came and fixed 2 minor issues out of the 7 and have not been back to fix the major problem of the toilet about to fall through the floor.
