This place is not bad but not great.... I can say that I do feel safe here and office staff is great so my overall experience has been a B plus... there are things I think could be better but it is what it is l.... thank u all for allowing me to live at your business

Old with maintenance issues. Problems with water leaks from other apartments affecting us.

Poor Value

I have lived here for nearly 3 and a half years. I believe that for what is offered at the apartment complex, the price should be reduced. The pool is always undergoing some sort of repair which prevents us from using it. Even after the entire winter has passed when it could have been fixed and it wasn't. The staff keeps changing which makes it impossible to build any kind of rapport or even familiarity. My A/C has gone out several times during the summers here and was not repaired for a month. The same pot holes in the entry driveway from Clack street have been there for almost as long as I have lived here and have even got larger. The laundry room has also gotten more expensive, but the machines are in poor repair. I don't think my rent should be priced as it is. I think I should be given a sizeable discount for faithfully paying rent on time and not causing problems. I know that many past residents have either broken their leases or been evicted. My last lease agreement was going to raise my rent by $25. I find that to be ridiculous. For what is offered in the complex and how it is delivered is not good value. I moved here because it was cheap. I am no going to accept paying more money for less value then when I moved in.

No Maintenance

Good luck getting them to do any maintenance. Very lazy and you have to repeatedly follow up to get them to do anything.
