Flooring

Carpet needs to be changed to laminet flooring as some apartments are. BAD odors, especially PET URINE from previous tenant. Paint on walls are thick as walls are painted over with a fresh coat of paint (on top of previous paint) when needed

suggestions/complaints

noise and parking need work. too many people who don’t live here take up good parking spaces from residents. some tenants have no respect for other tenants by having music loud. cars parked in spots that are good ones for tenants and never move (motorcycles and orange jeep are two examples). these two vehicles are just parked there and never move so others aren’t able to try and park there. not enough trees or bushes anymore which takes away the shade and aesthetic look to the apartments. parts for things that need to be fixed always seem to be out and need to be ordered. there is no security officer available. trash and dog poop are seen in the yards and not picked up. siding for some buildings needs to be replaced as well as screenings for patios. if a garbage disposal is broken then it is just replaced with a pipe and new drain instead of a new disposal unit. pantries would be nice to have in the kitchens to give more room for food (would still have enough room for storage with remaining cabinets left). ceiling fans in living room or dining room would be nice to help with air flow.

Timber ridge is an amazing place to live from my experience. The apartments and living is nice and has a good home feeling . The community is great and not to many noises are complaints . The staff is incredible as well as the maintenance workers which both do amazing jobs as helping the community with their needs or from fixing wore out and broken things in replacing them as soon as possible so you can continue with your day without any worries which is a good thing to have when living at apartment complexes overall i wouldn’t choose any other apartments to live besides timber ridge .

Overall good place

The staff are great, zero complaints and plenty of compliments. Parking can get a little tight at times. Its a great location not far from the base and right by the mall.
