Very Nice Place

I have been living here over five months now, and I do enjoy my new apartment. I love the open concept. The build quality appears to be very good, management fosters a safe, smoking and drug-free environment and cares about us residents. One obstacle: I drew the short straw with the person who moved in above me. They are very noisy and haven't yet grasped the concept of walking, cooking, cleaning, etc. more quietly than usual. We all must compromise a little bit and accept a reasonable level of organic noise and such, but we also must temper our actions and remember we have neighbors all around us who prefer peace and quiet. It is a 2-way street. I have engaged management about the issue and they are intervening.
