My stay at Aventura Bellevue

Ive lived here at Aventura Bellevue and find it to be everything we looked for in finding a home , thats affordable, thats in a peaceful location and spacious also quite.. Aventura Bellevue offers all of the above things. Also the management team is very helpful and knowledgeable.. I highly recommend this place to someone thats looking for tranquility..

Amazing staff

We are new tenants waiting to move in and so far it has been a good experience with the staff who has been helping us alot so far. We are hoping that they are able to help us more about a concern that has just come up. We would love for them to help us out because we have a new baby on the way and alot is happening at once.

Wonderful One Bedroom

I have only been at Aventura for a few months, but I love the complex. The one bedroom floor plan was my favorite in the area and is very spacious for the price. Many of the one bedrooms are located on the lower section of the property so there is much more road noise than I was used to. It hasn't taken long to get used to it, but I am sometimes woken up by sirens passing by. All of my maintenance requests have been serviced in a timely manner. The staff at the main office is always kind and helpful. The parking spaces are very large on the lower level of the complex. I have never had an issue finding a spot close to my apartment.
