I wish that rent wasn’t going up! Its already hard enough living in, so I hate you where everything is so expensive I thankful where we live in the price that we are already paying as good enough for this area, but to raise them rent up is a bit much! Don’t give me wrong. I love staying here, but things are just becoming too expensive.

So far our experience has been ok. Parking could be better. I was informed that parking assignments would happen but never did and no explanation was given. It would be great to have assigned parking because it seems like certain people are trying to reserve their own space. Parking on the grass should be addressed to that tennant without having receive messages from other tenants. Staff is great and maintenance calls are handled at a reasonable time

Maintenance was very unhelpful. Valet trash was inconsistent at best. Always smelled like weed, over priced, the upper part of the complex was so annoying to get to. The turn on the way out was scary and they put plants in the way so you cant see cars going 65 that are 200 feet from you. They have 3 pools and none one of them are good. The gym is whatever, the mail box situation is fine. The staff was always nice I guess. That was the one good thing is thay everyone was easy to work with and undertaanding. It just felt like the staff knew everyone didnt like it here and so they were extra patient and extra understanding of situations. And one last little thing, writing this paragraph, why isnt there auto correct? Everything about Avana could be improved and given the price, it was really dissapointing. Sorry we left our furnature and stuff, but honestly I could not be bothered to go and pick it up. Maybe you should burn it down, it would only be the 3rd fire in less than a year.
