Great Location

The buildings are old and held together with the best they can do. I have been here 6 years and I love my unit. New management has become very annoying with small things while not addressing important things like speeding and trash everywhere. They are quick to accuse great residents with no merit and seem to let all the other things go. Like smokers everywhere including employees, trash is all over in the bushes. They should consider the people who keep their units clean and pretty out front since the garndeners when they show up do nothing, it's strictly mow and blow. Someone just bought the property so we will see if things improve.

Nice place

Nice place to live. Increased rent every year of my stay without any uograges. And the air goes out in the summer causing your electricity to go up. Every time they schedule a filter and battery change so its hard to get any maintenance around that time.

Good apartments

Good area to live, quiet, good place for a family because theirs quite a few kids to play with. Staff is friendly, and maintaince in pretty fast when i comes to emergency request.
