It's not worth $1300/mo

Apartment itself needs renovated. There are so many issues and I've only gotten two of them fixed. It takes awhile to get maintenance there when you need them to be. The new Office manager is nice and if you reach out to her directly she makes things happen which I like. There's no parks or anywhere for my kids to really play and the pool makes my daughters feet bleed.
