I’ve been a resident here for two years, always paid on time, and have tried to be a responsible, long-term tenant. But my recent experience with management left me extremely disappointed and genuinely confused by the logic behind their policies. A couple of months ago, I noticed the property had several vacant units. I wanted to upgrade—mainly because I needed a bigger space—and also because my current unit does not have a washer and dryer, or even a connection to install one. As a resident in good standing, I assumed upgrading within the same community would be simple. When I asked how much time I would have to move from my current unit to the new one, I was told three days. As a nurse working 12-hour shifts, that is simply not realistic. I requested one week, which is reasonable, especially considering there are multiple vacant units currently sitting unoccupied. Their response was a strict no, with zero flexibility. On top of that, I was told I would have to pay $400 because upgrading would count as “breaking my lease,” even though I wasn’t leaving the property. Meanwhile, new tenants only pay $200. As a loyal resident, I expected a smoother process—not a higher penalty than someone walking in off the street. What makes this even more frustrating is that it is statistically more expensive for businesses to attract a new customer than to retain an existing one. Yet the policies here seem to prioritize new tenants while penalizing loyal ones. It makes no financial or practical sense. To be fair, maintenance has always been responsive. Whenever I need something fixed, they address it promptly and do a good job. I also want to acknowledge that the property has a very nice gym and pool area, and the community has a lot of greenery, which makes the surroundings pleasant. They keep the grass maintained, and they do make efforts to hold pet owners responsible, which I appreciate. However, the exterior of the buildings themselves could use more upkeep.

WE have lived here going on five years now. This is a very nice place to live with minimal noise. every so often the tenants that come here can be inconsiderate and loud but its not too troublesome. The constant rent increase in rent can be a bit troublesome especially for those who wish to be here long term.

I have lived here almost 14 yrs and for the most part it has been a good experience however there are things that could still be improved such as the parking lots in front of H bldg, there are a lot of stains from peoples cars and trash around the bldgs seems to be an issue, also the pet waste can at the dog park has not been emptied in 6 months or more..also landscaping around the bldg would be a nice touch as well
