Apartment Review

I have lived at 4619 Woodland Ave for almost 2 years. I think the apartment has a nice setup and I enjoy the community of students since I am a student myself. I would recommend others to live here because this is a great apartment right near SJU's campus and convenient in regards to amenities. However, I would like to file a noise complaint about the unit above ours which is apartment 303. The residents of apartment 303 are always making unnecessary noises such as their dog barking, stomping, and possibly moving/rolling furniture. The walls of our apartment literally shake like an earthquake is happening from all the commotion that they are causing upstairs. This has been ongoing and we have left them a note on their door, but they still continue to be loud.

Review

Overall, the actual apartment unit is great. Have had minor issues that have been resolved quickly. However, the staff is very non-responsive and slow to get back to me. I was charged for a whole month of parking, even though it took half of the month to even get a response about this issue. Funnily, the response wasn't even to me, but to my mom who had to start calling to try and get an answer.
