I've lived in the Ironworks for 8 months now & mostly no complaints. My unit is nice, I like the layout, and I really haven't had any maintenance issues. The location is unbeatable and the rent is a fraction of the price of the Piazza which is right next door. It's a very dog friendly building as well (but with really good sound proofing) and it's just 1 block from a small dog park which has a collection of really nice people, including some from our building. My only two complaints are the constant issues with the trash chute & I was somewhat mislead about the parking when I moved in. The leasing agent told me there was a wait list for parking & that I'd probably get a spot in no time - well 8 months later and I've only moved up 2 spaces on the parking waitlist and am no where no where near the top. There is street parking & tbh it's not too hard to find a space, but there are a bunch of new units opening up nearby and I'm worried that the parking situation is about to get worse. Despite all of that, the neighborhood is incredibly walkable - this building is in NoLib but then just a short walk from Fishtown, and easily walkable to 2 Septa stations. I absolutely would have continued to live here if I hadn't purchased a place & I would recommend it to friends.

This apartment is in a beautiful location. I mean it's literally prime real estate. Great place to live for young professionals, older couples and children as well. This place is near virtually everything. Anything you may need is in walking distance and by any chance its not, the train into town is steps away. The rooftop has amazing views and the units themselves are modern and chic. Noise, no problem. There is limited parking for the amount of units it houses but other than that it's a great place to live.

I moved in about a month ago and absolutely love it! The area is absolutely perfect. Parking hasn't been too bad but it really depends what time of day you're looking for a spot. It can be a little noisy with 95 and the L but it really isn't bad at all. So many restaurants and stores within walking distance, I only ever drive when I go to work. All around super happy with this place so far!

I love my apt, the location, and the apt, but the unresponsiveness of the management team is incredibly frustating. Maintenance requests work generally ok because the process is streamlined, but good luck trying to contact a human being to troubleshoot leasing issues or simply renew your lease. The upkeep of the building is also subpar with poor communication from the management. Phone numbers that do not go anywhere, several voice messages that are never returned. The only way I got to confirm the renewal of our lease was when a real estate agent connected to the How group called me to offer his services and I asked him to connect me via email with the leasing team. We have received numerous emails about the lease renewal, provided all the info to confirm our intent to renew for 18 months, but it is virtually impossible to contact the team on our end - god forbid if you don't pick up the phone when they call, you will never hear back from them.
