My experience in the short time I have been here is nothing less than unimpressive and nothing short of neglegent. Where to begin.. whole place needs some serious TLC. Just a little consistant attention to strewn trash and debris about the property and a decent pool managemant company to clean and chemically treat the pool properly. Carpet cleaning and/or replacement and fresh paint in the hallways with lights that work would be nice. Running a vacuum at least once a week in the hallways and entrance ways would not be a bad idea. Take some pride. It just seems like this property has seen better days and this management company just does not care and wants the rewards it can nickel and dime out of their tenents. Sad. Management is nice here and always willing to help IF they can. More people need to be hired. They are going to loose their nice, decent tenents and bring in and attract more of the ‘riff raff’. Inside my apartment I have minor issues that I will probably wind up taking care of myself. The place wasn’t move in ready at the start of my lease and things are still not right but.. I got this. Lastly, the cleaning girl should be fired. She has taken the finish off of my bath fixtures left them with a course residue. She just failed in so many areas to clean and make this apartment move in ready… the two times she was here and still couldn’t get it right. Nothing was tested to insure proper function before moving in either as promised. It was not, to say the least, a pleasant experience moving in. Moving, we all know, is stressful enough. Unfortunatley, for now, I am stuck on the negative as things keep cropping up. Trying to turn it around!
