This property has changed many times since I moved in over 3 years ago. The initial property managers were nice, had two or three management companies that didn't really do much for the residents, but the new company that is managing has been doing a better job and inherited quite a handful of issues that have made things difficult for them overall. Rent to income ratio (this is in general and not just this, but all rental properties) is not sustainable for the general masses, much less low-income individuals on fixed budgets - 70-80% of anyone's income should not be going to just keeping a roof over their head.
