We love this community here! Marie and Perry are amazing. We’ve lived here for over three years and just renewed an additional two-year lease. You are immediately heard when there have been minor maintenance needs, and Perry does a wonderful job helping on-site. We have great neighbors, the backyards are nice and big, we enjoy watching the deer walk around in the mornings, etc. The property is always clean and safe, and rent is an excellent value for the current market. We are so grateful we found The Villas at Kingswood when we did! Thank you Marie and Perry for making Kingswood what it is!
