Stephanie is amazing she is my favorite. I have two storage units at different location but I only go to her. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to do what she can to help me out when I need to. ... Read more

This place is completely not responsible for what they say and what they do! I came here to look the storage and assistant on the screen told me that someone will be tomorrow from 9 to 12 to show me a place! Then when I came this morning another assistant now saying that no one will come and they don’t know who told me about morning tour! She’s been on the phone speaking with directory and just told me that they will check who gave me wrong information! And that’s it, I put my job on the hold and came here at 9:30 am and they just telling me - it’s wrong information nobody will show up! That’s the way how they work! Have no idea how this still running business and have 4 stars on Google! I would give 0 stars if could!!! ... Read more

I leased a storage unit on 10/25/24 for $206 plus tax. On 1/28/25, I received an email that my rate was going up to $288 plus tax. An increase just 3 months into my lease is bad faith business, and more, an increase of 40% is simply price gouging. I am a business owner with an increasing need for storage services and you can bet I will not be leasing from Public Storage again. ... Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rates went up almost $115 in one year. Most importantly, there are rats there. AT LIBERTY LOCATION *shocking*. They got into my unit and destroyed alllll of my items. There was zero food/drink in my unit. No one at this location offered to accommodate me financially. Orange door insurance (offered through public storage) only offered $250.09 max. My items included brand new furniture and clothing. Save your money go somewhere cheaper and where the grounds are treated regularly. RUN, actually. ... Read more

I had a unit at the Liberty Way location and the main negative concern I have is the lighting. It is very dark and the only lighting you get is from the surrounding buildings and Liberty Ways street lights. This is a very huge safety concern!! The positive review I will give is the cleanliness and location. It is easy to access and the lot is always clean and there are no rodents. Any concerns I had was discussed with Heidi Burns. She has taken great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns was taken to the proper people for adjustments to be made to the property. ... Read more

Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 100 to 250 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Public Storage - 7454 Liberty Way start from $87 and can go up to $137 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
