Megan, the property manager, is wonderful. She is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Maintenance team is professional and very prompt (same day) with any requests. The community is quiet and well maintained. Most of all, you can tell the staff here really care about the residents. Highly recommend Ivy Hills place!

My patio is comfortable and located on the end of a short quiet street facing into the woods. My occupancy began under prior ownership and management. Since acquisition by Towne Properties the apartment maintenance and grounds upkeep has been greatly improved. I find the staff to be friendly and efficient. I intend to reside here as long as I am self-sufficient. I am an eighty-five-year-old male. Jim H.

Emmy on Aug 4, 2024I have had a wonderful experience living at Four Bridges. The maintenance crew is very responsive and does a thorough job with repairs, usually within 24 hours. The apartments are well maintained and clean; they even did upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms without raising rent astronomically. The pool is lovely. I know several residents who have lived here for 10+ years (some even 20+!), which says a lot about the great staff and the quality of apartments. This has been the best renting experience I’ve ever had.
