We just downsized from a large home to a townhome at Ivy Hills place and it was a big adjustment for us at first. However, we couldn't be happier here. Megan, the property manager, is wonderful. She is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Maintenance team is professional and very prompt (same day) with any requests. The community is quiet and well maintained. Most of all, you can tell the staff here really care about the residents. Highly recommend Ivy Hills place!
