Our community is pet friendly!  Arrowhead has a fenced-in bark park as well as doggy stations with waste bags for your convenience! We do have a $250 pet privilege fee (per pet) along with pet rent of $35/mo for 1 pet and $55/mo for 2. Maximum 2 pets per apartment.  We do not have a weight limit but we do have breed restrictions: Pit Bulls, Akita, German Sheppard, Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamute, Perro de Presa Canario, Siberian Husky, Chows, Doberman Pincher, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Cane Corso, Wolf Hybrid, Boerboel, Bulldogs (any), Great Danes, Bull Mastiff. Any fees or breed restrictions will be waived for service or emotional support animals, with proper documentation. Any reptiles or other animals not listed must be approved by the community manager.

I've lived at Arrowhead apts for 30 years. I raised my 2 children here. I love how beautiful everything is...flowers tress etc. Everyone is so kind helpful and efficient. I have been very happy here

Still loving Arrowhead after 3 years. Moved to a unit with very few stairs. Great view, lovely neighbors Very happy with office and maintenance staff- always responsive and prompt. Feels safe, which is not always the case when I read reviews about other complexes.
