Noisy trash neighbors. Maintenance stops by sometimes. Not worth it considering my rent has doubled in the past few years.

I got my lease signed within a week of filling out the application . Keyanna Allen made my experience easy understanding personal helpful I truly felt like this is where I'm meant to be. I love my apartment so much. Keyanna made my move in day easy worked around my crazy schedule. She also got me the cutest welcome bag and a cute Keychain for my apt keys. Honestly she was a huge part of my decision making into wanting this to forsure be where I called home! Thank you Keyanna and dmg!

My friends cannot believe how cheap my rent is for what this place offers. A spacious one bedroom comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, central air and heat, and in a great location. Close to downtown Milford and Kroger!

The community is quiet, clean, and issue-less for far more of the time than not. The residents tend towards being pleasant, and in terms of grounds keeping they keep improving upon the offerings of the area visually. The best part about living in an area like this is that in addition to those things you can count on the area bring quaint, and non-troublesome. The city is rather small, but its so rare to find the confluence of safety that you get here, and its worth considering when looking at apartment options. Good luck!

I just moved in, but it is a quiet complex even though there appear to be many dogs. It would be nice to have better air conditioning and laundry hookups, but otherwise I'm enjoying my apartment.

ive lived here a year and i like it. you never really hear your neighbors. maintenance is nice and responds quick. rent is reasonable for what it is.
