It’s a good place to live. Good space and good rent. Parking isnt the worst. Privacy feels good. Laundry room could be closer but its not a problem. Out dishwasher still smells bad to my wife. Also it seems we can smell people smoke sometimes through the washer and dryer closet. Overall peaceful place. Much better than previous one.

I've lived here for many years and plan to stay. It convenient to shopping and dining. I love having washer and dryer hookups in the apartments. The pool is nice and clean.

Friendly neighbors, great area, hard to say the value is all the way as a former homeowner where my house was same as rent on two bedroom, however that is not a downplay on unit, overall pretty nice, paint job is a little sloppy and the closet doors dont seem to hold up, but these are minor problems and these do not affect my liking of the premesis

I like this area. I understand prices had to rise due to inflation, but i do think its a but pricey. Still like the apartment though.
