It's a well kept property. The grass is always cut and the sidewalks and parking lot are well kept. It's extremely quiet here and it's a country setting even though it's in the heart of Eastgate and there are multiple grocery stores within 5 to 10 minutes away. The only thing I really think could be done to improve the property is to have lighting on the sidewalk to our apartment because it is black from the parking lot to our apartment. And the handrail on the steps by our apartment is too low to use comfortably. The management is great and very accommodating. The maintenance is great too. They usually come within 30 minutes for amy maintenance issues and whatever is wrong is either fixed immediately or by the next morning and the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and can fix anything quicly and efficiently. I love my apartment too. It's small but suits my husband and I perfectly. We have a dishwasher and garbage disposal and even a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups in our little one bedroom apartment. I love living here!
