The people are so friendly. Helpful always when available. Lived here 7 years. Could not ask for better people that work here.

I have lived at The Valley for 3 plus years and before I moved into my apartment, it was remodeled with new appliances, carpet and freshly painted. During my 3 years at The Valley, Towne Properties has invested upgrading in the apartment complex's common spaces, and landscape. I like the security door feature each entrance has and the staff is very customer friendly. We have activities for all residents and I have easily made new friends. I am enjoying my time at the Valley and the Montgomery location is very convenient to shopping, and restaurants.
