I've never lived here full time but since I've been staying with my parents here for about a month and the community seems great and it's quiet and parking is usually easy enough.
I have several problems in my apartment. two outlets are bad
I have lived here since September. What happened to the tennis court? It should be repaired. Will the pool be fixed as it was advertised when I signed my lease? The carpet in my master bedroom and the living room was put down on top of objects, probably garbage. The pantry doors need to have new tracks and be rehung properly. The paint has so many coats on the trim that it is caked and there are drip marks.
