Renters appreciate the ease and thoroughness of the rental process, and commend the property management for being caring and accommodating. They love the beautifully renovated and fully updated units, which include features such as new ceiling fans and new flooring. Many are pleased with the cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, and the property's security measures, including surveillance and locked entry with a keypad, are highly valued. The use of a laundry app/card system, although initially challenging for some, is ultimately found to be convenient. Overall, residents find the staff helpful and the property well-maintained and secure.

Moved in about 2-3 weeks ago, so far I am really pleased. Rental process was easy and through. Property management is nice and really care about their residents. Think I’ll stay a while :)

I have mixed reviews. The staff have been helpful and accommodating, so far. However, I moved in to what was supposed to be a remodeled unit but so many aspects feel very cheap. The flooring is just a roll out laminate and it’s already damaged after only being here a few days. The shower is similar to the flooring where it’s not actual tile but more like paneling. You can push against it so if water gets behind it, which is inevitable, it’s going to fall apart quickly. The fridge didn’t even come with an ice maker and there is no room to set a trash can in the kitchen unless you want it blocking something. I just feel like with no amenities and the cheap materials that went into the units, it is over priced. I wish that people thought more long term when it comes to remodeling apartments to keep residents happy.

I got cussed out by a male resident for not speaking and I believe I may be neighbors with tenants having a passive aggressive “war” with other tenants. One of them is using a low frequency/bass noise maker at all times of the day and night. I, being a night owl, am sure I’m not helping the situation. Thank God for my headphones. Because of the beautiful renovations, switching addresses for my spectrum wifi was so frustrating I literally said forget it and now I don’t have wifi. Using the app/card for laundry was challenging the first time but it’s easier now that I understand. Of course I wish we had a fitness room or pool. I love that the whole property is under surveillance and we have a locked entry with a keypad. The units are beautiful and are fully updated from the ceiling fan to the floor. The public spaces are kept clean and orderly. The management has been wonderful so far and they did their best to make my move in process as easy as possible.
