I moved to 4900 six (6) years ago. I only have love for my apartment and for the nice people that live here. Everything here is clean, in order and has a happiness air. As soon as I moved many previous residents came to help for anything I needed. Since then, this is my Home and I am sure most of the residents feel the same.

I've lived here a little over a year. When I first moved in, everyone I met couldn't say enough about living at 49Hundred Apts. The average time living here for them was about 5 years, which was impressive. I love the amenities, the cleanliness of the apt area. The maintenance staff is professional, well-trained and timely. The landscaping is gorgeous and the staff friendly and diligent. I do wish that there was more parking for family and guests staying several days. All in all, I'm so glad that I have found 49Hundred.
