great place to live

This is a nice place to live and the employees they do have are great and friendly, but at wintertime they need to do better at clean sidewalks and parking area. My husband is handicap and when they clean the parking lot they block he ramps to get to the mailboxes and to the trash. I've seen other renters clean their own sidewalks with a shovel just so they don't fall and are able to get out.

High Utility Bills

You should be aware that you have no choice regarding utilities. Pioneer Energy Management is the provider. My bill for Electric/Water/Sewer for 02/2022 is $291.24. Month prior was $250. The apartments, like all of the new ones, were thrown up quickly and are drafty.

Pet Policy

The community has no weight limits and is happy to have most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds or mixes of these breeds: Akita; American Staffordshire Terrier; Bull Terrier; Chow; Doberman; German Shepherd; Husky; Pit Bull; Canary Mastiff; Rottweiler and wolf hybrid. Exotic/farm animals are not allowed in the apartments, either. Max Number of Pets: 3 (maximum 2 dogs)
