I love the Quietness. Staff is trying their best to help the people . Shawn is kind , his willingness, to help everyone Katty smiles and soft voice she is so calm in difficult times. The exterior could benefit from getting a paint job or power wash otherwise love living here.

The complex is not worth the cost of rent. Only the colder months are quite. And for the cost of rent this is not worth it.

I like it here no major problems it seems to always take a long time to get maintenance issues resolved and rent increases for no honest justifiable reason but other than that the staff is really nice and you are near plenty of shopping areas and the freeway.

For what the apartment costs per month it should come with a garage. Also, wish there was a gym, basketball court, and better playground. No amenities except a pool.
