Nice area but the unit wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and then I finally get to move in and there is a bunch of black mold in the laundry room... how on earth I was given a unit that had black mold in it is beyond my understanding. It seems like no inspection was done on the unit prior to renting it out or the person in charge of doing that was completely negligent. but aside from all that it is a nice place.
