I have been a resident of Avery Pointe since they opened in 2015. I love my apartment and the location. When Champion took over management, I was worried that things would change. I was wrong. The management team is always friendly and professional. They address any concerns in a timely fashion and I have always had a positive experience. I especially appreciate the maintenance team, anytime I put in a request it is always fulfilled within 24 hours. Thank you Allysa and the entire team for continuing to make my apartment feel like home.

Hello Avery pointe staff, 1. Thank you for making my living experience at Avery pointe so amazing. 2. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and helpful. 3. Special thanks to Emily and Ashley for being so prompt to all my messages and always helping me. 4. Thanks to the amazing maintenance team for accepting and attending my requests promptly and resolving them. 5. Thanks for the free ice cones. 6. Thanks for the pool parties. 7. Thanks for having such a great team because of whom we can feel safe and sleep peacefully. 8. Thanks for the coffee machine. 9. Thanks for the safety measures. And lastly thanks to the MANAGER for hiring such a great team who is POLITE AND WELL MANNERED. I hope the champion team becomes a champion 🏆 and conquer more housing communities and make the residents experience peaceful to live and amazing. Sad to leave Avery pointe with lots of good memories. But I wish champion team all the very best and keep up the good work.
